Carbs vs Fat ….. which is the killer?
Here is a great pictorial explanation of why Carbs (Carbohydrates) are a major factor in disease and many health problems. Now maybe you can see why our typical American diet is so screwed up and why we are the most obese country in the world.
WE HAVE IT ALL WRONG!
It’s a simple, easy to understand explanation of why CARBS ARE KILLING YOU. Try reading some of my blogs on the Paleolithic Diet and why it says NO TO GRAINS AND SUGARS. This is not a theory. It’s a fact. Most of us are addicted to refined carbs/grains/sugars/ pasta/bread/potatoes/ cereal, etc. If you want to control your blood sugar (a major factor in achieving ongoing optimal health) then start weaning yourself off the sugary carbs and eating more fruits and vegetables for your carb sources. There is no nutrition in all that carb-loaded junk you’ve been eating and many numerous health benefits in fruits and vegetables. Don’t worry about eating healthy fats like OLIVE OIL, COCONUT OIL, FLAXSEED OIL, KRILL OIL and things like butter and avocados. They have many health benefits and won’t make you fat!
