<p>This is a very good explanation of HIIT. It&#8217;s so simple and so much less time than the boring medium paced 45 minute treadmill walk  that has been proven to actually not even be beneficial and might even have negative effects on your heart and lungs. 10 to 16 minutes tops and you&#8217;re done! It&#8217;s about the amount of oxygen you push in and out of your lungs that produces positive results.</p>
