It will literally make you sick, even more so knowing that this is the food that you have been eating for many years if you are NOT buying organic, free range, grass fed meats, milk and chicken.

The conditions are appalling; therefore the state and health of the animal that we eventually eat is too. We have been mislead and lied to about the conditions of the factories that produce our food. Try Whole Foods, Trader Joes and look for free range, organic and grass fed items. They may be more expensive but how much is YOUR HEALTH worth to you?

Aspartame is used in any of the following products:
Sugarfree, Light, Diet, Zero (Coke, Sprite & Fanta), Coke 007, Pepsi Max, Crystal Clear, Low-Calorie, Crystal Light, No Sugar Added, Smint, Stimorol Ice, Stimorol Fusion, Freedent, Mentos, Sportlife, etc.

Aspartame breaks down into three toxic components:

1. Methanol.
This is poisonous alcohol. In the body, methanol breaks down into formaldehyde, which is a poison.

2. Phenylalanine.
This decreases the amount serotonin in your brain, which leads to mood swings (depressions) and an increased appetite! That is why aspartame is one of the main causes for the current obesity epidemic.

3. Aspartic acid.
This is a neurological toxin comparable to MSG.

The US Department of Health has recorded 92  symptoms following complaints about aspartame. In fact, over 80% of all complaints filed with FDA are related to aspartame consumption!

Watch this video! Read your labels! The only safe sweeteners are Stevia, LoHan, and Xylitol. It blows my mind how corrupt the FDA was in allowing this terribly  unhealthy sweetener to be allowed for sale in our country. The good part is that YOU have the ability to control your health by NOT consuming foods/drinks with toxic sweeteners IN them!

And when you take into account the health hazards imparted by the chemicals, like Dioxins and Bisephenol A (BPA) leaching out of the plastic bottle itself, then bottled water really doesn’t make sense anymore.

This is a very good explanation of HIIT. It’s so simple and so much less time than the boring medium paced 45 minute treadmill walk that has been proven to actually not even be beneficial and might even have negative effects on your heart and lungs. 10 to 16 minutes tops and you’re done! It’s about the amount of oxygen you push in and out of your lungs that produces positive results.
